CONTROL SYSTEM

Main control system using PLC programmable control for convenient, reliable and précised control targets by using PROFIBUS program. Main functions are: manual or automatic change-over, recipes stored function, English operational and functional changes

Pilot Line

We had successfully developed and supplied the complete pilot line with width 400mm for both hard and soft dough.

Material Handling System

This is a state-of-the-art system solution for ingredients logistics. We supply the system in a cost-effective & in economical way.The system is easy to operate with PLC control to reach an utmost precise conveying target.

Cream Mixer

This mixer is mainly used for preparation of cream for the sandwiched biscuits. Complete with automatic control system with PLC programs to pre-set the various mixing process.

Vertical Dough Mixer

This type of machine is designed in single/double speed mixing, and is ideal for the preparation of dough for crackers or delicate mixtures or the dough especially for preliminary mixing and secondary mixing.

High Speed Horizontal Dough Mixer

This mixer is used for preparation of hard dough and soft dough. It uses spiral blade with double speeds with programmable control system.

Biscuit Breaking Machine

This unit is for breaking and stacking the whole piece soda cracker.

Packing Table

The Packing Table is joining with Biscuit Stacker. This unit is convenient for the packing operators to pack the products into the boxes or transfer to the packaging machines.

Biscuit Stacker

Biscuit Stacker is used for stacking the biscuits conveying from the Cooling Conveyor to enable the biscuits coming into rows and stacking up for easy packing.

Cooling Conveyor

This conveyor is used for cooling down the biscuits after baking to enable the products complete cooling down. The design of this cooling conveyor may be varied subject to the different requirements and site environment.

Curve Conveyor

The biscuits after baking continue their cooling process. Using this curve conveyor to change the conveying direction to practically occupy the site space. This unit is using polyurethane conveyor belt with excellent smooth biscuits transfer.

Oil Spray

This machine is for spraying food grade oil onto the top and bottom of the baked biscuits. It uses centrifugal discs to spray the oil. The volume of spraying oil and oil temperature may be adjusted to the user’s need.
